Archive #004 – Curved-Head Shaft

|Rock O'Yang

Status: Reference Only
First Tested In: Rock’s Stretching Journal Month 1
Tested Size: 19.5 cm / 7.7 in max girth

Description:
Curved-Head Shaft is an ultra-realistic cylindrical design with a slightly lifted head and a mostly straight body. The curved-head design gives it a clearer direction when approaching the bend, while the body still stays simple and stable enough for controlled training.

Material
Material: 100% Platinum-cured silicone
Firmness: Balanced dual-density (very soft head, soft body with firm supportive core)
Structure: Dual-density

My Experience
This tool gave me a very clear feeling that angle matters.

The head is soft, so the first contact felt calm and easy to trust. But because the head has a slight curve, it did not feel as neutral as a straight structure. When the angle matched my body, it could guide itself toward my bend in a very natural way. It felt like it was finding the path with me.

But when the direction was wrong, I could also feel it immediately. It would not simply slide through. It could press into the wrong area or get stuck near the bend, and then I had to stop, adjust, breathe, and find the angle again.

When it worked, it felt very good. The curved head made the bend contact more smooth. It gave me a clearer internal signal of where the tool was going. As my bend opened more through Month 1, this tool became smoother and more enjoyable to move with.

Curved-Head Shaft is useful when I want a little directional help (to avoid gagging like response while passing). It still has the soft, supported feeling I like, but the lifted head makes the experience more specific.

Improvement Notes
I do not have a strong redesign idea for this one.

The curve angle may not be suitable for each one’s body structure, but the dual-density structure makes it more general for training. Do not use curved-head tool whose head lifted too much or material too firm.
