The theme of Month 2 is making my training schedule more structured and effective.
Week 5: Toy Researcher
I started with Archive #003 - Straight Shaft (19 cm / 7.5 in max girth), then moved to Archive #005 - Rounded Cone (23 cm / 9 in max girth).
After using a cylindrical shaft first, my entrance (anus) relaxed much faster. When I moved to expansion afterward, the surrounding area opened more naturally and the tightness was clearly reduced.
That made me realize that expansion work needs preparation. Even normal sex can work as warm-up if it helps the body relax and become active first.
The next question was: what should I do when a larger dildo cannot enter at the beginning?
From this session, I started thinking about a few options:
One way is to use a real penis or a smaller shaft first, then gradually build up to a cylindrical size that does not need to be forced.
Another way is to use a cone or taper first, then return to a shaft, then go back to a cone for expansion, similar to what I tried in Month 1.
A third way is fingering first, then using a suitable dual-density shaft. A very soft head can make entry easier and safer, and the supported body can continue the adaptation. During entry, I can also feel whether the size is reasonable for my current condition.
After that, I used Archive #010 - Gradual Shaft (23 cm / 9 in max girth) to continue deeper work.
It did not enter as smoothly as the Straight Shaft. The reason was not only the size difference, but also the taper. At a certain depth, it would stop. I stayed there, applied a little pressure, pulled back slightly if it felt uncomfortable, and slowly tried again.
After passing the bend (anorectal junction / second ring), the deeper zone (rectum) felt much more sensitive and defensive than the tunnel (anal canal). It could not be treated like the tunnel, where a tool can move in more directly. Deeper work needed more patience.
I also tested Archive #011 - Bulb (21 cm / 8.3 in max girth).
It was an extremely soft bulb-shaped plug. After testing it, I understood why this old factory product had already been discontinued. It was quite a disaster.
At the end of the session, I used Archive #009 - Oval (20 cm / 7.9 in max girth).
It helped reduce the sudden empty feeling after a session, and it allowed air and lube to move down slowly. But after this week, I decided not to keep timing it as an endurance challenge immediately after expansion training.
If I plugged it right after a session, after around 30 minutes, too much lube and air would gather in the tunnel. The urge to push it out became very strong. At that point, it made more sense to remove it and clear everything first.
After a heavy expansion session, especially under a three-times-per-week training plan, I did not want to create extra fatigue just for longwear timing.
Later in the week, I brought in several new tools.
First was Archive #012 - Pointed Cone II (26 cm / 10.2 in max girth).
Because it was short and thick, the diameter increased very fast. It quickly got stuck and created a strong entrance expansion feeling.
I did not fully enter it that time. But after switching back to Archive #005 - Rounded Cone (23 cm / 9 in max girth), it went in quickly. That told me the Pointed Cone II still created useful expansion, even if I could not complete it.
Then I tested Archive #013 - Gradual Bullet (25 cm / 9.8 in max girth).
It became wider toward the bottom and looked suitable for expansion. The feeling was good during use, but the suction base was a fatal problem. This kind of shape works best when sitting on it, and if the suction fails, the whole training rhythm breaks.
After using the Gradual Bullet, I finally reached my refined Archive #014 - Rounded Bullet (26 cm / 10.2 in max girth).
I had bought similar shapes before, but most were PVC, and even silicone versions were too hard. I liked the feeling, but the material was often too firm and caused bleeding.
This time, I was excited to test my own adjusted version. But as soon as I sat on it, I noticed a small tear near the entrance.
I do not think the tool itself was the main problem. The jump was too big. My previous maximum was 23 cm, and this time I suddenly moved to 26 cm. That was clearly too aggressive.
This week, I also found that doing a shallow rinse after waking up and using the bathroom worked well for me. My stomach was empty, the bowel movement was slower, and the chance of brown was much lower.
Week 6: Controlled Wildness
This week, I again started with Archive #012 - Pointed Cone II (26 cm / 10.2 in max girth).
It got stuck at first, so I switched to Archive #005 - Rounded Cone (23 cm / 9 in max girth), then returned to the Pointed Cone II. This time, I successfully entered.
The previous use of Archive #013 - Gradual Bullet (25 cm / 9.8 in max girth) also deffo helped. The increase in size made me feel that my entrance was being stretched wider.
But I also noticed something: plug-style expansion mainly increased sphincter elasticity. It did not make the entrance visually larger in the same way, and it did not really create the rosebud effect I wanted.
Then I used Archive #014 - Rounded Bullet (26 cm / 10.2 in max girth) again.
This gave me the full entrance and tunnel expansion feeling I wanted. It got stuck at the bend and did not go all the way in, but that was exactly the kind of training I wanted at this stage.
During riding, the stretching feeling at the entrance stayed there continuously. There was a slight burning sensation, but no pain. I felt this was close to my current safe expansion limit.
Even without passing the bend, the fullness was strong enough to make me lose control and pee. The sensation was very good.
I decided to use it to stabilize my 26 cm entrance size while continuing to work on the bend so that I can eventually take the whole thing.
The reason I love this shape is the neck. Once it reaches the bottom, it gives a plug-like feeling. At the same time, the front can continue stretching the bend.
This is the plug feeling I had been looking for. I had used a smaller version before, and even when it only passed the bend a little, that feeling was already very good. So I decided to make it one of my main training tools.
For the next session, I returned to Archive #010 - Gradual Shaft (23 cm / 9 in max girth) for deeper work.
But because of accumulated fatigue, I stopped instead of forcing myself to continue. My mood and condition made it hard to focus. I do not think any training without focus is good training.
At that point, I wondered whether three times per week was too much.
I looked for information and did not find evidence that safe expansion three times per week would damage the body. So I decided to continue the 12-week record at this frequency and test whether it is the best, most efficient, or most comfortable pace for me.
For the third session, I rested for a few days first.
My excitement came back, but my body was not opening smoothly. I took out smaller tools to warm up again, and I chose Archive #008 - Heavy-Head Shaft (20 cm / 7.9 in max girth) instead of the Gradual Shaft.
That was intentional.
Part of it was because I did not want extra mental pressure. Another part was that I did not want to chase size that day. I wanted to find the feeling and confidence again.
It entered very smoothly, but the deeper zone felt very uncomfortable. So I spent around 20 minutes letting it stay inside and slowly go deeper. This session became more of an adaptation day.
I did not see this as regression. I saw it as finding the limits of my body under a different condition, and also discovering my weak points. That is still an important and necessary part of progression.
By the end of Week 6, I realized that although the previous six weeks had been intense, the training was not systematic enough.
Some deeper areas were not being trained regularly. If I did not touch them for several days, returning to them would feel very uncomfortable again.
Muscle has memory, but deeper adaptation still needs repeated contact.
So from the next week, I planned to separate the sessions more clearly:
S1 for entrance strech,
S2 for bend strech,
S3 for deeper / pounding adaptation.
Week 7
Week 7 stopped because of personal reasons.
There was no training record this week.
Week 8: Return, Reset, and Listen
This week, I started changing the video format.
I almost stopped talking during the session and used voiceover instead. The footage would show the process, and the voiceover would explain what I was feeling and thinking.
After one week without training, I started directly with Archive #005 - Rounded Cone (23 cm / 9 in max girth) for the entrance stretch session 1.
I wanted to see how much tighter I had become, and how close to my previous limit I would get before feeling stuck.
It felt like returning to the gym after a week off and using lighter weight first to check the condition.
What surprised me was that every time I felt stuck, it only took a few seconds before it moved further. It did not feel like a complete block, where the entrance becomes so tight that pushing further would cause pain.
Even at the widest part, I did not feel much fear. My entrance did not start contracting uncontrollably just because the widest part was about to enter. It did not feel like before, where the body would suddenly suck in the whole bottom of the cone and create a sudden stretch.
So I started applying more downward pressure around the edge for entrance expansion. There was no pain.
That told me the body still had memory. The week of rest cooled down my mental focus and also gave the tissue enough recovery.
I think this was a good sign. It also suggested that even once-a-week training, like some experienced players use, can still create expansion effects.
But for beginners, including myself when restarting after a long break, I still do not think the gap should be too long at the beginning. When building muscle control, reducing sensitivity, and creating internal adaptation, the small amount of new familiarity can be forgotten if the break is too long.
After the tunnel became more familiar with the entry, I started enjoying the feeling of the widest part moving in and out through the entrance. It felt like a comfortable massage, and my body started wanting more.
I added finger work while the Rounded Cone is still inside, pressing in different directions to continue opening the donut area and the inner tunnel.
I could fit most of four fingers together, and I could feel that I was much more open than before. The involvement of fingers also created a stronger outward-pushing feeling, so I allowed it to happen and checked how much my rosebud had recovered.
Although I already had a rosebud and the entrance was open, it was not fully relaxed yet. So I used Archive #003 - Straight Shaft (tested size: 19 cm / 7.5 in max girth) to give the bend some feeling.
I did not want an entrance session to completely ignore the bend.
When the bend was touched and moved through, the outward-pushing feeling became stronger. I wanted to let my body push outward naturally one more time, so the entrance could fully relax. It also helped prevent the next tool’s head from pressing into the bend too suddenly and distracting me with discomfort.
This session also included a new test: Archive #015 - Pointed Lens (23 cm / 9 in max girth).
Compared with the Oval, it was flatter, and the bottom also had a longwear-style neck. The softness and firmness felt good, and the pointed shape seemed easy to enter.
I first placed the wider part vertically. Since the ass has bones on the left and right sides, placing the wider part on the top and bottom felt more reasonable. The hole is usually shaped like a vertical line, so this direction made sense.
It was not hard to enter because I had already passed 23 cm that day. But when I slowly sat down, I could feel it expanding my tunnel. The deeper part had not been warmed up by 23 cm yet, so the tunnel stretch felt sudden, a little burning, but also very satisfying.
I slowly sat all the way down and let it adapt inside. After a short time, it adapted, which showed me that this size was also okay for my tunnel.
Then I tried placing it horizontally.
There was slightly more resistance, but it slid in smoothly. Once inside, there was another sudden tunnel stretch, this time pressing into the left and right sides. It also adapted quickly.
I started rotating it inside to expand the tunnel in a circular way. It feels amazing.
When I could barely feel anything from it anymore, I knew it was time to move to the main tool: my beloved Archive #014 - Rounded Bullet (26 cm / 10.2 in max girth).
Every movement created a small, satisfying expansion near the bend.
This size and length fit my current stage very well. If it fully enters, the front can pass through the bend and keep expanding it.
This session was intense. Near the end, I almost could have fisted myself, but my hole felt very swollen and there were small tears around the outer skin, so I stopped.
It again gave me the experience of a hole that could not close!
Although the irritation had recovered, the sphincter still felt sore when pressed. But this session was for bend stretch, so I did not plan to put more pressure on the entrance.
I still needed to warm up first. I used Archive #015 - Pointed Lens (23 cm / 9 in max girth) because its widest part was similar to the Rounded Cone, but it was deeper and could warm up more areas. I wanted to test whether it could replace the rounded cone.
For the warm-up, I again placed it vertically.
This time, entry was much harder because it was the first warm-up tool of the day. I got stuck, but that was normal. The entrance became swollen quickly under stretching, and I could feel that three days were not enough for the sphincter to fully rest.
I continued as long as there was no pain. If I felt real pain, I would stop.
After it entered, my body adapted quickly. The only difficult part was the slow sitting-down warm-up. The sphincter felt hot, but it did not last long. After a few movements, the entrance stopped resisting.
So I did more in and out at the entrance, letting it calm down and open.
The main tool was a new size of Archive #003 - Straight Shaft (24 cm / 9.4 in max girth).
I decided not to attack the entrance with a larger tool that day. Instead, after warm-up, I would use the straight shaft to pass through the bend.
If it was too difficult to enter, I would return to entrance expansion first. After all, without an open entrance, everything else is empty talk.
With gradual expansion, it finally passed through the bend within a short time of effort. But once it reached the deeper zone, the discomfort was strong, so I did not explore deeper.
I focused on moving through the bend and expanding it there, then ended the session.
Bottom line
Month 2 was not a clean upward line.
Some tools worked, some failed, and some only worked under certain conditions.
I found better ways to warm up before stretching, learned that plug-style expansion does not automatically create the rosebud effect I want, and confirmed that deeper adaptation is not the same as tunnel adaptation......
I also saw that recovery matters. A break did not erase my progress, but fatigue and irritation changed what my body could do on a given day.
By the end of Week 6, I realized my previous training was intense but not organized enough. From Week 8 onward, I started separating sessions more clearly by purpose: entrance, bend, and deeper adaptation.
